We visted the property during Dec 28 to 31. Loved the property, the lawns, breakfast spread, dinner buffets, the rooms, everything was very nice.A special mention to the person who took our reservations, Ms Sailaja , she showered excellent …

We stayed here for 2 nights just after Christmas. Overall, I would definitely rate it as 3 star only. The Deluxe room was spacious and additional mattress for my child fit in well. The property is quite old which is quite apparent the moment you enter the room. The furniture looked old. There was only one wardrobe with a 2-3 old and Mia-shaped hangers. We had to ask for extra hangers. There was a mini 10 inch dustbin only in bathroom, and I had to request 3-4 times including a reasoned argument that a bigger dustbin is needed and typically provided in room also in all hotels, then only I got a dustbin. Soup ordered in room came full 1 hour late after a reminder. There is a shop inside and the shop owner kept pestering for a visit throughout our visit whenever he would see us. Very annoying. The manager, however, was nice enough to give us a small discount on dinner as a replacement for breakfast that was included in our package but we had to check out in midnight to catch our train. Buffet dinner was good although not too much variety. The foyer is beautiful and garden was nicely maintained. Overall, decent stay but less value for 13k per night (4 members). Note that this property is 3-4 km outside main area and there is hardly any conveyance.

Behaviour by manager with the customer was not up to the mark, we had an issue with the bedroom. In royal cottage room had queen bed and we were with family and children so we needed a king size bed they were giving the queen bed by combing them. And telling us is this comfortable. So we needed 4 rooms having proper king bed. After talking to our booking agent they then gave us 2 upgrade rooms and rest 2 with kingbed. Initially they denied. Also on the day we arrived the food and service was so horrible means the service was not at all good. And they we lacking with staff.

Nice property on outskirts of city but not far from main attractions. Cottages were good n facing nice garden. Nice architecture of hotel. Staff were good and co-operative. Big Parking space available inside premises.

It was a great experience staying in Heritage Inn. The ambience is amazing and it feels like you are staying in a resort. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. Special thanks to Sudhir ji who ensures that the guest has a memorable stay. Also I want to give big thanks to Jaspreet Singh from Shoppers paradise who have a great collection in their shop at Hotel Heritage inn. He has been very kind and supportive throughout our stay. He goes above and beyond to help the tourists. He helped us by arranging for local taxi in such rush hours. We are glad that we could meet him. Thanks.

We were with our students in huge numbers and were taken good care of.We fall in short of words to appreciate the owner and the staff.The staff was very polite and helpful.Great hospitality was shown and the rooms were comfortable,neat, and clean. Much recommended stay for all.

Recently Visited the place with family it was a great experience overall i recommend this place without thinking twice, also i visited a shop inside the hotel premises shoppers paradise of Mr. Jaspreet Singh it was also a great experience i got some existing things for my loved ones from here.
